Initial Consultancy Fees
APC aims to provide the most engaging streamlined services. In order to ensure timely results, we have carefully selected a fee structure that encourages mutual commitment. Therefore, we require a non-refundable 15% commitment-deposit upfront which is built into the total consultancy fee. Fees include all coverage for private platform searches, annual or monthly memberships to job boards, administrative fees, as well as costs to cover background checks.
After interviews and trials are complete and an official start date is selected, the remaining 15% of our Consultancy fees (for a total of 30% of the annual gross salary) will be required within 14 business days.
Throughout our engagement, all clients are required to communicate within 48 business hours regarding updates, interview processes, trial progress and or [pending] decisions. If a lapse in time occurs in communication exceeding more than 9 business days, the account will not only be considered in-active, an additional reactivation fee will be required to re-open the search.

Emergencies and Holds - fee free
We understand, deeply, with compassion, how life events or emergencies appear without prior notice. In the event something arises, we simply request a quick message to indicate you need time to address matters, and we'll gladly place your search on hold for an agreed upon time.
As the Point Of Contact (POC) for your client, if you foresee shifting dynamics for any number of reasons, thus causing a delay in the hiring process, we also require notification wherein we will be more than happy to place your search on hold as necessary.
There are no fees to proceed with the search...with proper notification upfront.
Non-Communication / Absolving Penalties
If extended periods of time laps, unprofessional conduct is committed, or there is reasonable evidence that the client is fishing for candidates without the intent to hire, APC reserves the right to refuse or terminate the working client agreement.
Clients enter the agreement with APC knowing full well that there is no guarantee of candidate availability due to an unpredictable market and or current events. Under no circumstances will the client sue APC. Clients may bring candidacy into question only after background checks have been submitted.
Clients assume sole responsibility for their selection with the understanding that they receive a 4-month replacement window for both full-time and part-time placements.
Candidate Profile Submissions
On average, clients will begin receiving candidate profiles within 1-1.5 weeks of the original search launch. Submission times may vary depending on market, season and or current events. Clients will receive five (5) profiles with the original search. If clients are not satisfied with the first five (5) original profiles, they may request more profiles with an additional fee of $100 per four (4) additional profiles. This stipulation is put in place to ensure mutual responsibility and accountability of both parties. APC values quality over quantity and will go to great lengths to duly suss and ensure only the top candidates reach your inbox. This also holds our clients accountable in their choices and keeps the search process within a reasonable duration.
Our vetting process is extremely selective and our candidates understand that only those who meet all requirements will be considered. Our Consultants are trained to search for the best unicorn, that special candidate, who's years of experience and hospitality services shine exceedingly bright!
