With over 25 years in UHNW hospitality—as a Nanny, Travel Nanny, Chef, Family Assistant, and 4 years as Head of Domestic Recruiting for a boutique high-end agency—I bring deep, first-hand insight into the private service world. I’ve seen where traditional placement models fall short, and I’m here to innovate.
My mission is to raise the bar in how families and professionals connect by offering an intentional, highly personalized approach to staffing. My current motto,"For estates, the future is holistic: we do more than staff, we elevate life."

Jennifer Laurence strengthens Axiom Placement Consultancy’s work by ensuring that once a candidate is placed, the household environment is set up for long-term success. With more than 25 years of experience leading ultra-complex private estates and advising clients across the domestic service industry, she specializes not in placement, but in the training, operational consulting, and systems development that keep teams thriving after they are hired.
Her background blends formal hospitality education, a butler certification, and decades of estate management at the highest levels, giving her unique insight into what makes households run seamlessly. Through her firm, Luxury Lifestyle Logistics, Jennifer provides in-home operational assessments that uncover inefficiencies and establish clear standards, while her customized staff training programs equip teams with the tools and professionalism to deliver consistent, high-touch service.
Having lived the reality of estate management from every angle, she understands what principals expect, what agencies need for successful placements, and what staff require to thrive.
At Axiom Placement Consultancy, she partners with clients to create stability, sustainability, and elevated service in households of every size and complexity. Jen can be contracted for ongoing support through a Bronze package for virtual consulting up to a Gold package offering on-site consultations.
Dr. Virginia "Ginny" Schwager
Dr. Virginia "Ginny" Schwager solves the complex childcare challenges that keep parents awake at night and household managers scrambling. With a doctorate in psychology and 15+ years in private family homes, she brings order to chaos through two ventures: The Formator Institute offers agencies a competitive edge by providing specialized training, certification, and coaching that transforms their nannies into highly qualified professionals ready for high-net-worth placements. Cultivated Care partners directly with families and their home offices to build childcare teams that reduce turnover, improve communication between properties and staff, and give parents back their time. Having worked directly with families throughout her entire journey – from preteen babysitter through her doctoral studies and choosing to remain in household service rather than clinical practice – she understands every perspective: what parents need, what household staff face daily, and how to create systems where children thrive while operations run seamlessly.
Oni & Shani
Rev. Oni Ojukwu Mantenso I & Dr. Shani Hadiya Ojukwu Mantenso are the co-founders of Uhuru Sanctuary, where executive precision meets sacred practice. Oni – ordained interfaith reverend, Zen practitioner, Series 7- licensed wealth strategist, and founder of a 14-enterprise holding company – architects estates as living systems designed for operational excellence and spiritual coherence. Dr. Shani – Olympic-trials gymnast, tenured department chair, trauma-informed wellness practitioner, and descendant of a legendary House Manager – reads households the way practitioners read bodies: understanding rhythm, restoring harmony, elevating teams.
