To demonstrate professionalism and sincere Commitments to the hiring 'roads', all candidates will be invoiced, a one-time, fully reimbursable deposit of $123 upon signing APC’s Candidate Agreement. This gesture serves to honor the time AND dedication of both our consultants and our candidates, reinforcing mutual respect and y/our accountability throughout the placement journey.

Terms & Longterm Conditions
1. Timely Communication:
All candidates agree to respond to requests for required documents, materials, or follow-up communications within 48 hours. Timely responsiveness is a cornerstone of our professional standards.
2. CV/Resumé Services:
Candidates who opt in for APC’s optional CV/Resumé enhancement services agree to submit payment within 24 hours of receiving their invoice. Payment will be requested only after the CV/Resumé has been completed and delivered.
3. Interview Submission & Communication Etiquette:
Once a candidate has been submitted for a position, they agree to respect the review and selection process as directed by their assigned APC Consultant. Candidates are expected to maintain open lines of communication without sending excessive or redundant messages. This ensures clear, streamlined updates and allows APC to operate efficiently on the candidate’s behalf.
4. Professional Conduct:
Candidates are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions—with APC consultants, principals, and any members of a hiring team. Including (practicing):

Using respectful and appropriate language

Dressing professionally for all interviews and trial days

Choosing a quiet, well-lit, and stationary setting for virtual interviews

Ensuring a reliable internet connection and functioning Zoom or video links for virtual meetings
5. Refund of Deposit & Referral Waiver:
The full refund of received deposit in the amount of $123 will be returned when the candidate is hired by the principal. If you so choose, please specify or notify your consultant that you'd like your deposit contributed to one of the charity funds, taking YOUR🫶🫶🏻🫶🏾🫶🏽TLC to the next level. Additionally, when you refer three (3) other candidates or clients to APC, and they are placed and or hire a candidate, you will receive the full reimbursement of your deposit.
6. Deposit Forfeiture:

If APC receives credible feedback from the principal or designated Point of Contact (POC) that a candidate has failed to meet these expectations, APC reserves the right to retain the full TLC deposit.

In the event of a lapse in time (of 9 days) without correspondence via email, text, or phone call, for any reason, including but not limited to, procurement of outside employment not through APC, APC reserves the right to retain the entire Refundable Application Deposit total of $123.
Taking TLC to the next level
As part of the TLC mission, we feel the importance of giving back and or paying it forward. If you'd like your deposit to make an impact and support those of us we call, the employee-seeking-community, let us know. We'll humbly transfer and turn your deposit into a contribution for a Business Development Training or Philanthropic fund of your choice wherein, those who are unable to afford some portion of the deposit, may gain access to the funds they need to work, through APC.
By signing the Candidate Agreement, all candidates acknowledge they duly understand and fully accept these terms as a condition of representation.
